DHA Planning Group were the retained planning consultants on Rhodaus Town, Canterbury and worked with Kirk Graham (KRE) on this site where planning permission was being sought for a new purpose build student accommodation scheme.
Kirk Graham led the process from inception through to application which resulted in planning permission being approved for the submitted scheme.
During the process until submission of the planning application Kirk Graham coordinated and led the respective consultants, dealing with all matters including; Architectural Design, Rights of Light, Daylight Sunlight, Massing Sight Lines (the scheme required the input from Historic England being within a protected viewing line), Public Consultation and various other planning requirements.
The professional manner in which the project was managed enabled an optimal scheme to de developed that successfully received planning permission.
